We are excited to announce that Overdale will have a Girls on the Run team in the fall! Girls on
the Run is a ten-week after school program that combines physical activity with inspiring, fun
lessons that teach girls how to handle the difficult social pressures of adolescence. Girls on the
Run provides 3rd - 5th grade girls with the tools they need to become strong, confident, healthy
young women who make good choices. The season starts on Sept. 5 and ends with the Girls on the Run Fall 5K on Nov. 17 at Waterfront Park downtown Louisville, where girls from all over the Kentuckiana area celebrate their accomplishments with their families, friends, and community!
All students in Grades 6th-12th must complete the Digital Driver's License course by September 28th, 2018. DDL is an online course designed to teach students responsible and appropriate use of technology.
