Bullitt East High School Project Lead The Way Guest Speaker Kelly Farner

Bullitt East High School physics students Donovan Pugh and Mason Aikman worked on a project in teacher Darrell Vincent's class. Students had to provide documentation of their design and make appropriate calculations to show the efficiency of their design. Bullitt East High School physics students Christian Eberhardt, Cambron Joiner and Hayden Gentry had to design a device using three mechanisms to lift a 2 pound object from the floor to the table. Bullitt East High School physics teacher Darrell Vincent spoke to students. Former Bullitt East High School student Kelly Farner, currently going into her senior year at Rose Hulman, conducted demonstrations about Optic Engineering in Darrell Vincent's physics and engineering classes. Kelly Farner is in herr senior year at Rose Hulman which is the top undergraduate engineering school in the country.
