2016 North Area Schools Music Festival
North Bullitt High School Symphonic Band musicians Cory Liner, Dalton Reed, Josh Allgeier and Christina Sullivan concluded the concert with P.I. Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. North Bullitt High School Symphonic Band woodwind musicians Emily Grau and Tyler Self concluded the concert with P.I. Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. North Bullitt High School's Percussion Ensemble members Ja’Shaun Tyson, Matthew Poyner, Jordan Lowe and Isaiah Elms performed The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Spencer Campbell plays drums as a member of North Bullitt High School's Percussion Ensemble performing The Lion Sleeps Tonight. North Bullitt High School Concert Band musicians Logan Burba, Baily Nesselrotte and Amber Gore performed Blue Ridge Saga under the direction of guest conductor and student teacher Stephanie Bohr. Student Teacher Stephanie Bohr was guest conductor of  Blue Ridge Saga by the North Bullitt High School Concert Band. The North Bullitt High School mixed chorus sang Andrew Lloyd Weber's Phantom of the Opera, North Bullitt High School mixed chorus members Abigail Lesher, Brianna Edlin and Alexis Vance sang Andrew Lloyd Weber's Phantom of the Opera. Midnight Escape featured a nice percussion section from the combined eighth grade bands of Hebron and Zoneton Middle Schools. Seated is Taylor Stafford while Shelby Andrews plays the red drum. The combined eighth grade band from Hebron and Zoneton Middle Schools performed Windsong. Hebron Middle School trumpet player Emily Rogers eyes her conductor and Zoneton Middle School trumpet player Madison Brady reads the music. Percussionist Shelby Andrews with the seventh grade combined band from Hebron and Zoneton Middle Schools perform at the North Area Music Festival. Hebron Middle School French Horn player Turner Werkmeister performed March of Freedom with the combined seventh grade band from Hebron and Zoneton Middle. Hebron Middle School trombone player Dillon Duncan gave it his all performing Windermere Overture with the combined seventh grade band from Hebron and Zoneton Middle. The combined choir from Hebron and Zoneton Middle Schools perform The Clouds. Zoneton Middle School music teacher Eve Witt led the combined choir from Hebron Middle and Zoneton in The Clouds. L-R: Clarinet players Izzy Benningfield, Kaylee Vickers and Daisy Bowley perform Go for the Gold March. Snare drummer Caleb Forgey and cymbal player Anna Minnis comprised part of the sixth grade bands from Hebron and Zoneton Middle Schools to perform the Apollo Overture. Many guests enjoyed the annual north area schools music festival and the song Purple People Eater by the combined choir of Brooks, Freedom and Overdale Elementary Schools. The combined choir from Brooks, Freedom and Overdale Elementary Schools performed The Arrow and The Song during the annual north area schools music festival Nov 15.
