The Bullitt County Board of Education is moving forward in its quest to appoint a new superintendent for Bullitt County Public Schools.
The screening committee presented a short list of finalists to the board. The finalists include:

According to Phil Eason, a consultant with the Kentucky Association of School Administrators (KASA) who is assisting the Bullitt County Board in this process, the screening committee was very effective in fulfilling its responsibility to the board.
“It’s easy to understand why each member’s respective group selected them to serve in this very important capacity,” praised Eason. “They were very focused, thorough and purposeful in fulfilling their responsibilities, and as a result, the Board has a strong list of finalists to consider.”
Current Superintendent Dr. Keith Davis is retiring June 30th, 2018.
