BCHS Families, We are excited to let you know that Senior Tux & Drape Picture Day will be tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25, in the Small Gym! In addition to ensuring your student is in attendance, please stress to them the importance of taking their picture. These pictures will be included in the 2027 yearbook and will also provide an updated picture for Infinite Campus. We will begin calling seniors first thing in the morning, as soon as the photographers are set up, and will continue throughout the day until all seniors have had their pictures taken. We will begin with students who leave the building during the school day or are not here for the entire day, including students attending ATC, co-op, off-site dual credit, etc. After those students have been photographed, we will continue calling seniors alphabetically by last name. If you would like to order your student’s pictures, you may do so online through Prestige Photography by Lifetouch. Students will receive a form when they take their pictures that includes the session ID and access code needed to view and order their images. All orders will be placed online. BCHS Yearbook Staff

BCHS Families, As we prepare to welcome students back to Bullitt Central, we want to share an important reminder about our Telecommunications Device Policy. Bullitt Central follows the district’s Telecommunications Device Policy, which aligns with Kentucky state law (HB 208 / KRS 158.165) regarding student use of personal telecommunications devices during the school day. Personal telecommunications devices may include cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, wireless earbuds/headphones, and other personal devices capable of communicating, accessing the internet, or sending/receiving messages. Here are the key expectations: * During instructional time: Cell phones and other personal telecommunications devices must be turned off and stored in a personal bag (backpack, purse, computer bag, etc.). * Hallway transitions: Hallway transitions are considered instructional time. Students should not use their devices while traveling between classes. * Lunch: Students may use their devices during lunch. * Throughout the school day: Students are expected to follow staff directions and school procedures regarding personal devices. * Policy violations: If a student violates the policy, the device will be confiscated and must be picked up by a parent/guardian. We ask families to please talk with their students about these expectations before school begins. Consistent support from home and school will help us maintain a focused learning environment and ensure that all students understand the expectations. Thank you for your partnership and support as we begin another great year at Bullitt Central!
