Important Notice Regarding Internet Access

We are writing to acknowledge that some members of our Freedom families are currently experiencing internet outages caused by external service providers. This issue is impacting access to online learning for some of our families.

We understand this presents a challenge to NTI processes, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and flexibility as external providers work to restore service. At this time, we do not have an estimated time of resolution.

If your child is currently unable to access online learning due to an internet outage, please contact your child’s teacher directly as soon as possible. This communication ensures the teacher can make appropriate arrangements for missed instruction and assignments.

Archery tryouts are tomorrow evening, Thursday, Nov.13th from 6-7 PM. Your child MUST have a sports physical on file as well as the permission slip signed.

Dear Parents/guardians: In the event that we have buses that are not running, your students will automatically be car riders. You will not need to send in a note nor contact the school. In the event that the bus that is scheduled not to run, is assigned a sub driver, we will automatically put your student back on the bus UNLESS we hear otherwise from you.

Attention all parents!!! If you have not completed the Household Income Form, please do so now. To continue providing free breakfast and lunch for your students, please note that the household income form must be completed annually. This saves you money! Meals at schools without the CEP program cost $1.75 for breakfast and $3.00 for lunch. “170 days x $4.75 = $807.50” You can access the form by clicking the link below or scanning the QR code. Please ensure that you list all BCPS students residing in the household. This is an annual program that requires compliance to continue. If not completed online, staff will distribute paper copies in the coming weeks. To avoid this inconvenience, kindly share this information with fellow parents of BCPS students.
