Tonight, we celebrate our 8th grade class at their promotion ceremony being held at Bullitt East High School. The ceremony will begin at 6:00 pm. Students have been told about dress exceptions and arrival time.We look forward to seeing family/friends celebrating these Generals!

Please ask your student if they were given paperwork from Ms. Hutchins or their teachers regarding any fees that they owe. They should come home with this today (Friday, May 23).

Do you have a current background check and have the ability to help out at MWMS Field Day?
More volunteers are needed...We'd love several more people for both the morning (8-11:30) and afternoon shift (11:30-3). Field day is scheduled for Tuesday, May 27 but if the weather is an issue, it will be changed to Thursday, May 29.
Even if you can't stay a whole shift, but in a window of time, we'll take it!

You should have received emails over the last couple of weeks regarding district-leased Chromebooks and chargers being collected at the end of the school year. As devices are collected they will be assessed for damages. Repair invoices, if necessary will be sent home with students.
Collection dates are as follows:
May 22 (Thursday): 8th grade
May 28 ( Wednesday): 6th grade
May 29: (Thursday): 7th grade

MWMS Field Day will be May 27. Kona Ice will be available for purchase, so bring money if you want to purchase Kona Ice. There will be some water activities, so students should come prepared with a towel and a change of clothes. The Youth Service Center will not be able to provide a change of clothes. The YSC will only be able to assist with emergency needs that day.
Students will learn more about field Day activities in their Crew over the next few days.
