Mrs. Lurie's 8th Grade Entrepreneurship students have been working on local business concepts this quarter, and they are ready to pitch their plans.

Parents, family members, and local business owners are welcome. Make sure you bring a photo ID to check in.

Good luck to the Generals 7th grade Volleyball Team as they play in the semifinals of the BCPS County Tournament on March 3. The matches will be at Hebron Middle.

The championship matches will be March 10 at Eastside Middle.

Ms. Carpenter's Crew is raising awareness for cancer and Gilda's Club.

Here's a few more specifics about the items they are collecting this week. If you can donate any of these items, take them to Ms. Carpenter's room (room 226):

*Toiletries (face tissues (Kleenex) in the small square boxes, toilet paper, and paper towels)

*Cleaning supplies (disinfecting wipes, dishwashing tabs, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap,)

*Kitchen supplies (To-go containers, gallon size Zip-Loc bags,)

*Individually packaged snacks (granola bars, crackers, nuts, etc.)

*Office Supplies (copy paper, post its, legal pads, staples, packing tape)
