This morning, our 8th graders enjoyed a special breakfast courtesy of Mt. Zion Full Gospel Church. We so appreciate our community partners providing for our students, and our teachers who coordinated it all!

Some other special events have happened the past few days: North Bullitt senior walk through, superlatives, awards, 7th grade dirty soda bar, and staffulty vs student kickball. We are having a blast celebrating our PACK's successes this school year!

This Friday 5/30, is the last day for BCPS and also ZMS field day! We held a poster competition for flyers to post. Congrats to Weslee Coltrane and Kinsley Stafford for the winning designs! Please pay attention to details on the flyers such as Kona Ice money, dress code, what to bring and more.

Incoming 6th graders, hear from our students why you should join our amazing ZMS band! (current band parents, watch for your students!) Our track team SHOWED OUT at their recent meet! Many of our students placed in their individual and team events. We are proud of our Timberwolves. 🏃💚

8th grader Noah Baldwin participates in Rope Bridge at the North Bullitt Raider meet. The team competes in 4 outdoor events that test grit and teamwork. Great work Noah!!

We hosted a KSA Howl Fest (Pep Rally) with a special guest: Dr. Bacon! Students competed in poster challenges, grade level game competition, received prizes, bracelets and more. We are celebrating our Timberwolves' progress this year and are ready to "Slay the KSA!" Let's rock this test and show what our PACK is made of!

This week's Student Shoutouts are Henry Banks and Nate Panter!
Ms. Jeanne says "Henry displayed accountability in the office by making sure to turn in his paperwork in on time! Way to go Henry!"
Mrs. Roach says " Nate was able to troubleshoot and repair a cart for Ms. Johns. His hard work showed his ability to be an innovative problem solver, self-directed navigator, and mastery learner."

8th grade families: please check your emails to RSVP to the 8th grade Promotion Ceremony. Due to space constraints, there are limitations on the number of guests per student. See the Google Form for more details!

It's Teacher Appreciation Week! 🎉 Shoutout to the BEST staffulty who lead our Timberwolf PACK. You all make the magic happen every day. ✨ Thank you for your heart, hustle, and endless patience. Our Timberwolves are stronger because of YOU.

Both of these wonderful teachers go above and beyond with caring for our students and their families. It represents the H in thrive meaning honor! Congrats Mr. Bennett and Mr. Greenwell!

Two students have recently shown great PACK values! Ms. Nuckolls says Nazira demonstrates Kindness: Nazira is always kind to both her teacher and other students in her group. She is helpful to everyone. Ms. Gilbert says Tristan shows all PACK values! As an unofficial office aide lately, he has been so kind and helpful to other students, and being a community contributor helping Ms. Gilbert with various tasks. She said he has been so awesome! Way to go both students! #bepartofthePACK
