Please join the Charger Nation in congratulating Macy who won 1st place in the varsity category for the braille challenge yesterday! The Braille Challenge is a statewide competition in braille reading, writing, and comprehension skills. She also won over all high school and overall high score for reading comprehension. She did amazing!


A countywide high school art show will open Friday night (5-7 pm) and will be on display the month of March. The exhibit is in Bullitt County’s “Central Library” in Shepherdsville.

Family & Consumer Sciences student, Kadence Pataluna, attended the Region 6 FCCLA STAR Events competition with Ms. Saylor Sat, Feb 22 at duPont Manual High School. She earned 1st place in the Nutrition & Wellness STAR Event. Kadence will now have the opportunity to compete at the state level at the Kentucky FCCLA State Leadership Conference on April 23, 2025. Kadence has taken classes within the Early Childhood Education and Culinary pathways.

Congratulations to Sam Weddle (senior) and Kayleigh Holzknecht (sophomore) on their fantastic performances with the Kentucky Music Education Association All-State Bands. The KMEA All-State Bands feature the best student musicians in Kentucky. This past Saturday, the groups performed at the Kentucky Center for the Arts in Louisville.





This past weekend our Archery team was very successful! They brought home the FIRST AND THIRD Place trophy! They had the Top FIVE Girls AND the Top FIVE Boys! Their FIRST Place Boy (Owen Schneider)hit a TOP SCORE of 297!!! Congratulations!
