Every BLMS family needs to complete this form.
If your child attends a CEP (Community Eligibility Provision) school, it's time to fill out your annual Household Income Form (HIF). This form is essential, even though all students in CEP schools receive free breakfast and lunch throughout the school year as the HIF provides benefits that go beyond free meals.
Why is the Household Income Form Important?
Free Meals: It ensures all students continue to receive free breakfast and lunch.
Access to Additional Benefits: The information collected helps secure funding for programs that benefit your child, including Youth Service Centers, Family Resource Centers, high-speed Internet access, and various other resources.
Confidentiality Assured: Rest assured, we only share your family’s income information with those who need to know, strictly for the purpose of determining eligibility for these essential programs.
