Hank and Lane are perfect examples of this. These second graders have taken it upon themselves to help peers in their class when they are struggling, specifically some of their classmates who have disabilities. Even when not directed by an adult, these two are sure to include peers in all activities and help them to have a voice in class.

Our Work Hard, Play Hard Challenge is coming to an end and we will celebrate this Friday. Students with zero unexcused absences or tardies and a good behavior record from September 16 through October 3 are eligible for extra recess and a treat this Friday . Be sure to send in any absent notes by tomorrow to make sure your student gets to celebrate with us!
