If you have a chance to run by the Mt. Washington Farmer's Market over the summer be sure to vote for our rain barrel. The barrel was designed and crafted by our 1st graders along with guidance of the related arts team. They have the QR code in the middle of the tables along with pictures of the rain barrels. See the picture included in this post. This is the QR link as well. You can vote once a day so keep the link. Come on Mt. Washington Elementary families and community. In a little over a month you have almost filled the recycling bin. With graduation and varies other celebrations and the 4th of July right around the corner we can fill this bin to the brim. So keep a bag or box for those empty beverage cans then bring them by the school to help us recycle and help save the Earth. 🌎 #EveryCanCounts

We know it’s early, but the 2026-2027 school supply lists for Mt. Washington Elementary School are now available! We wanted to share them early so families can begin planning, shopping sales, and spreading purchases out over the summer if they choose. We can’t wait to welcome our Braves back for another Sweet Road to Success filled with learning, leading, and making a difference!

A huge THANK YOU to Tri-Arrows Aluminum for their incredible support of our school community through the Million Cans Contest!

Throughout the year, Tri-Arrows Aluminum generously provided prizes for our 3rd graders as they reached each benchmark, helping keep students motivated and excited about making a difference. Even more exciting, when our school reached its overall goal, they rewarded every student with a Silent Disco celebration!

Our Braves had an amazing time dancing, laughing, and celebrating their hard work together. We are so grateful for community partners like Tri-Arrows Aluminum who invest in our students and help create memorable experiences for them.
