Our school just finished the Million Cans Contest stronger than ever! Not only did we hit our goal of 150,000 cans, but we sailed right past it to become true Superhero Recyclers! 🦸♂️🦸♀️
While we’ll have the official final count in a week or so, we already have some HUGE news: The students have officially earned their grand prize... a SCHOOLWIDE SILENT DISCO on the last day of school! 🎧🕺💃We want to extend a massive thank you to our partners at Tri-Arrows for their incredible support and for providing the Silent Disco for our celebration! 🎶✨ We also owe a huge shout-out to Grade-A Aluminum for providing and transporting the bin and meticulously tracking our progress throughout the contest. We couldn't have done it without you!
A special shout-out to our amazing helpers who used their hard-earned points to purchase "Can Crushing" duties! Your muscles and dedication made sure we could fit every single can into the bin. 🔨💪

We had an absolutely fantastic week with Adventures with Adams! Ethan, Parker and Carter truly stepped up, showing us exactly what it means to live out our Braves Expectations every single day.
Not only were these boys absolute "Lego Masters" with their incredible builds, but they also proved to be exceptional role models for their peers. Their hard work and positive choices didn't go unnoticed—they earned enough points to choose their very own rewards! 🏆The creativity they used in engineering some seriously impressive Lego masterpieces was one of a kind. And the leadership they have shown sets a great example of what it means to be a Brave.
Getting to know the unique personalities of these students is the best part of what we do. We love any opportunity to celebrate and highlight our Braves for making good choices and being their best selves!

To celebrate this incredible achievement, our amazing partners at Tri-Arrows Aluminum rewarded the students brand-new mini writing boards! We are so grateful for their continued support and partnership on our "Road to Recycling."

We have ONE MORE DAY to bring in those cans! Our original goal was 150,000, but we have a new challenge: Can we double it? Let’s see if we can push past 150K and reach for the stars. Every single can counts toward our total and helps our environment!

Adventures with Adams!
This time it was Stella who has been earning points for making good choices. We are so proud of her effort and being a good role model of the Braves Expectations! Today she redeemed her points to build a Lego creation with Mrs. Adams. Oh what a fun time it was:) 😊
