Incoming 6th grade orientation: August 5 from 9:00-11:00 am for students ONLY. Same day, from 6:00-7:00 pm a parent session. (Student may attend with parent at the parent session.) Make plans to attend to get prepared for a great transition to MWMS! #ForTheMount

Safe Sitter was held yesterday (6/10/26) by the Bullitt County Health Dept and MWMS/EMS YSC. We were able to certify 16 new Safe Sitter’s! We are proud of the students and look forward to offering the program again during the school year. #ForTheMount

Boys Basketball open gym dates for June. This is for incoming 6th grade, and those current 6th and 7th grade boys. In order to participate, you must have a current sports physical uploaded to FinalForms. (No details currently on girl b-ball open gyms.) #ForTheMount

We have three individuals at MWMS that will be retiring at the end of this school year. These three have poured their heart and soul into MWMS for many years. They have truly left their mark at this school.

We are sad to see them leave, but we wish them nothing but happiness and enjoyment in their retirement.

Our 8th graders are getting ready for tonight, their promotion ceremony at Bullitt East. Students should be at BEHS by 5:30 this evening. The program begins at 6:00 pm. #ForTheMount

Joining the 8th graders in their final walk of the hallways was Craig Foster, Language Arts teacher on the Everest Team who is retiring with 30 years in education. We will miss you Mr. Foster! 💜 #ForTheMount

BCPS Transportation has notified us that Bus 1351 WILL NOT be here for afternoon dismissal today (Wednesday). Students will need to self transport home. Please contact the school to make alternate arrangements for your student.

MWMS was treated with a special presentation of "Legally Blonde" this morning by many of our MWMS drama students. They did such a great job and we have some real talent at MWMS!
