Here are the instructions for uploading your sports physical to FinalForms.

MWMS students MUST upload their sports physical to MWMS' FinalForms. If they play a sport at BEHS, that BEHS coach has the ability to view the physical from MWMS.

Spring picture day will be Monday, April 20. Students will receive information from their teachers on Tuesday morning regarding ordering spring pictures. You are encouraged to order online, using the information given to the students.
