Parents and Guardians can shop with their students ONLY during our Tuesday night event on May 5, 2026 from 5:00pm to 6:30pm . Students can shop during their special area time. No shopping during lunch!

This is a reminder to complete your students online registration for the upcoming 2026-2027 BCPS school year If you have not yet done so. You may notice that this registration is a little different than previous years. It is required that you upload two up-to-date proofs of residency along with a current driver's license for the primary address of the enrolled student(s). Kindergarten Camp is coming! 🎒✨

First graders started their chicks project! A grandparent donated enough eggs that each of Mrs. Cummings' students will get to monitor their own egg!

The District STEM competition was last night and both our teams did a FANTASTIC job being innovative problem solvers. Their challenge was to build a spaghetti tower that would withstand an earthquake! Both teams had one of the tallest structures of the night and our K-2 team walked away with 2nd place overall! Way to go Mustang engineers!

Overdale families! Join us for fun literacy activities, food trucks, and a celebration of the 11 countries represented by students and families at Overdale! Our Title I Literacy Night is co-sponsored by our PTO and is sure to be a blast! The event is Friday, April 24 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM.

Mrs. Scott’s class adopted a cow back in October.  We have watched our cow grow through monthly updates.  Today we joined a live video to see Jane.  Farmer Chris taught us all about raising dairy cows.

Paraprofessional Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the incredible staff we have at Overdale. Our paraprofessionals consistently go above and beyond to support our students, staff, and community. We are so grateful for all they do!

Mrs. Cox, our school librarian at Overdale, is an incredible resource for our school! She is always helpful with all of our book needs and loves making sure students have access to books that match their interests. She also enjoys introducing them to new authors, topics, and genres they may have never discovered.
