PJ day tomorrow to kick-off Red Ribbon week!

Principal Gbadebo showed up ready to lead. He caught our first grade friends all engaged in their movement activity during library on Friday and opened the School Store to ensure our Guitar Hero's could shop using their behavior points. He even checked in on our lunchroom behavior, giving out some Principal SPLASH tickets to those following cafeteria expectations. Before he wrapped up his hour he completed a couple of Principal Pop-ins and ensured the building was safe. We are grateful for his time and hard work!💜🐬

Principal Muncy reported to duty with a smile and excitement. She awarded the houses with most points for the week their music note, completed some principal pop-ins, conducted a perimeter security check, and checked up on our 4th graders in library Friday. She was one busy principal! 💜🐬

Red Ribbon/Safe Schools week is coming!

Principal Romans tackled the Tuesday afternoon Principal for an hour with eagerness. His excitement for celebrating students during Principal Pop-ins was contagious. He also ensured that all doors were secure during a quick perimeter check and asked important questions about what to do if we encountered an unsecured door. After visiting his former kindergarten teacher's class, Principal Romans, wrote a note providing the students with praise regarding how they focused and showed their learning while counting. 💜🐬

Principal Lezcano reported for duty with a smile. His hour started with a perimeter, safety check. He then completed a couple of Principal Pop-ins awarding students that have been earning LiveSchools points, observed in two 4th grade classrooms, and wrapped up the hour leaving a note of positive feedback for each classroom visit. 💜🐬

Principal Schwartz spent his hour celebrating our house team winners-the Mic Droppers, helped Mrs. Atkinsons students cash in their LiveSchool points, ensured the building was safe with a perimeter check, and visited some classes during lunch to make sure everyone was following expectations. It was a busy hour and he did a great job!💜🐬

Today we took Ballin' with Bickley outside! This crew played with heart and teamwork. There is nothing like starting the school day this way💜🐬

We kicked off our Fail-a-bration Week with hairstyle attempts. Someone's failed attempt might be another's new style or a chance to find a style that works for better for them.

Principal Galens is the quiet, encouraging type. He conducted Principal Pop-ins, rewarding students for earning points upon our return. He checked out what was happening during PE and provided a positive note to Mrs. Bass and the class. Before he wrapped up his hour of work, Mr. Galens made sure the building was safe and secure. Job well done!💜🐬

This morning Principal Ritter spent time ensuring the building was safe and our students were engaged in their classroom learning. He was a big help providing positive feedback, as well. It was a great way to start back after Fall Break💜🐬

Bus 2078 is NOT running this afternoon. Families must self-transport.
