Just a reminder- Our Texas Roadhouse fundraiser envelopes are due tomorrow. This ensures that we are able to get the gift cards distributed in time for the holiday season.

Shout out to Oliver! We needed a way to ensure our Principal for an Hour students could be recognized when visiting classrooms to which Oliver delivered. He designed and created a button for us. We love it!! 💜🐬

Principal Garcia was a thoughtful observer last week during his principal for an hour. After visiting classrooms he spent time crafting positive feedback regarding his observations of PGE expectations with the class. He wrapped up his hour with a perimeter check. Nice work!💜🐬

Last Thursday, Principal Miller spent her hour visiting classrooms, writing notes of encouragement for classrooms, and ensured safety of the school with a thorough perimeter check.💜🐬

Thank you to this sweet friend who helped me greet all of our classes this morning!

Principal Haffling conducted several Principal Pop-ins rewarding outstanding behavior in the classrooms. She even stepped into a couple of first grade classrooms to check out the learning and expectations being demonstrated. After those visits she provided sweet notes of encouragement and feedback to those classes. Her hour flew by and was very productive💜🐬

Principal Sturgill jump started our week coordinating our School Store shopping hours, helping students shop at the School Store, and ensuring our building was secure with a quick, chilly perimeter check. We appreciated her time and hard work this morning💜🐬

Earlier this week, Principal Troutman took time during her hour of work to conduct a couple of classroom walkthroughs observing how students are following expectations and then provided specific feedback to the teachers and students. She also surprised our 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year with flowers and recognition. Of course her hour wasn't completed until she conducted a safety check around the building.

Principal Hillerich was in classrooms early this week conducting Principal Pop-ins, giving a Positive Office Referral shout-out, and observing how our preschoolers are learning about fall. Before she wrapped up our hour together she ensured the safety of our building with a quick security check. 💜🐬

As community partners we want our families to know about the food resources in Mt. Washington that are available.

Principal Clayborn was busy ensuring our House team winners were celebrated, students were able to shop at the school store, Ballin' with Bickley had even teams, and that our building was safe and secure. He took on each task with a calm, quiet demeanor and a huge smile!💜🐬
