Dear 6th grade parents,
Last week, your student was given a parent letter and permission slip for an upcoming program from the health department titled Always Changes & Growing Up - Puberty & Hygiene. The course is scheduled for February 21st from 1:50-2:50p.
We believe this will be very beneficial to our students. However, because of the content, it does require parent/guardian permission. Please have your child return the permission form to their 1st-period teacher by February 20th. If your child does not bring the permission slip back, they will not be allowed to participate in the program. Students who do not participate will be given an alternate writing assignment on self-care.
Links to both documents have been added to Facebook and we can give additional copies if needed.
Thanks!

National Archery in Schools Program is an in-school program where students learn focus, self-control, discipline, patience, and the life lessons required to be successful in the classroom and in life.
Zoneton’s archery coach, Lee Stewart, taught PE students about eye dominance, 11 steps to Archery success, and archery safety.
Even our Asst, Principal, Dr. Phelan, tested her skills!
