BCPS’s Special Education Department is committed to guaranteeing all BCPS students are treated equitably – especially those students who require additional support inside and outside of the classroom. This Department focuses solely on the student, as each student deserves a quality program designed specifically to meet his/her/their needs. The Special Education Department provides services that prepare students for continued education and future careers or employment in conjunction with the State and Federal Special Education requirements.
