The KWEL initiative, a premier leadership program of the Kentucky Association of School Administrators (KASA), is designed to empower and elevate women across all levels of educational leadership. These distinguished women join a network of more than 250 accomplished female leaders across the Commonwealth.
KWEL cultivates a strong community of female education leaders by promoting knowledge, confidence, and equity through personal growth, mentorship, and career development. Through the program, members gain access to mentorship from executive-level leaders, dynamic professional learning experiences, and a statewide network of peers.
The 2026 KWEL cohort will be formally inducted during the KWEL Leadership Forum on January 28-29, 2026, in Louisville.
Their selection reflects the strength and promise of women who lead with both heart and vision, and their collective impact will be felt far beyond our district, helping to shape the educational landscape for years to come.
Congratulations again to these inspirational leaders! We are incredibly proud of their dedication and commitment to student success in Bullitt County Schools.
