Shepherdsville, KY — Martin Rosenberger has been recognized with a 2026 Otus Excellence Award for his impact on student learning and growth through innovation, engagement, and data-driven practices.
Recently named as an Instructional Coach for Bullitt County Public Schools (BCPS), Mr. Rosenberger brings a wealth of experience to his new leadership role. He is a proud graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and the University of the Cumberlands with an M.A. in Education Leadership. Mr. Rosenberger previously served as an educator at Crossroads Elementary and the Model Laboratory School at EKU, where he established a proven track record in PLC (Professional Learning Community) facilitation, data-driven instruction, and the implementation of authentic learning.

Moving forward in his new role as an Instructional Coach, Mr. Rosenberger will leverage his extensive background in leadership and classroom innovation to support educators across BCPS. By combining his expertise in PLC facilitation with the insights gained from the BCPS Authentic Learning Cohort, he aims to expand data-driven practices that foster engaging, real-world learning experiences and elevate achievement for all students.
