Last night at the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce awards dinner, our Charged Media Solutions team, and adviser Larry Steinmetz, were honored with the Business and Education Alliance Award.
The Charged Media team works with businesses in our community to build their brand. They do everything from designing logos and photography to creating documents, posters, and creating a social media presence.
The team works at part of our Media Arts Internship in our graphic design pathway. Mr. Steinmetz started Charged Media six years ago and they have served dozens of businesses in the community.
Steinmetz frequently presents at national conferences to help schools start similar teams. He is also a founding board member of the Integrated Marketing and Communications Association at the University of Mississippi.
The Charged Media Solutions team consists of Emma Walker, president, Bailey Basham, yearbook Editor-in-Chief, Haylee Donovan, journalism Editor-in-Chief, Kaden Vogel, Loreli Willis, Zach England, Addison Akridge and Elise Barresi.

We hope everyone had a safe and productive NTI day today. Parents and guardians of Juniors, we want to remind you that your student will be taking the practice SAT tomorrow morning. Please push them to do their best and make sure your student gets plenty of rest and is ready to go tomorrow morning. The scores on this test will help organize students into groups for the SAT bootcamp we will have in March before students take the official SAT. We look forward to seeing everyone in the morning. Stay warm and stay safe. Go Chargers!
Still time to sign up!

Swim Team Seniors - Ella Bischoff, Isaac Lewis, and Makenzie Lovett
It was a bittersweet weekend as we celebrated our Seniors. They each have contributed so much to the team over the years, but we are excited for them as they enter their next chapter of life. Congratulations!
