Mrs. Williams is needing your help! On Tuesday a note was sent out in your Tuesday Folder regarding the 5th Grade Tribute Video. She is needing one or two baby pictures of your child. This can include anything from a snapshot to a formal school picture. If you have a snapshot that you like, but there are other people in the photo, please crop those individuals out. All pictures need to be sent to her via email: tiffany.williams@bullitt.kyschools.us If you need help with this, email her and she will do her best to help.
All pictures are due by May 1st. It is important to adhere to this deadline so that the pictures can be included in the slide show.
To take part in outdoor events like APEX, Field Day, and PTA Fun Day, you need to have registered as a volunteer beforehand. This involves having an up to date background check submitted to the school and signing up through the volunteer links that have been/will be shared with families. Keep an eye out for the upcoming links for Field Day and PTA Fun Day!

We are looking for several volunteers to help with our APEX fun run this year. Instead of running laps, kids will be running an obstacle course and we need volunteers to help tally laps at the finish line and to also staff the water station. Please consider donating an hour of your day to help on Friday.

Junior Achievement (JA) In A Day will take place Monday, May 13th. JA is a program that will teach students about work ethic expectations. The classroom teacher will be in the classroom as you instruct the lessons. JA has scripted lessons and pre planned activities. This is a very fun day for you and the kids. JA will provide all of the materials needed. If interested, please return the parent form tomorrow (Friday, April 12th). We still have several classes that don't have anyone to teach the program. ALL volunteers must have a current background check on file.
Yesterday the staff took part in practicing strategies for implementing protocols in the classroom. They were also trained to prepare for KSA testing for the end of the month. So much was accomplished on this Bullitt Day!

Another reminder to complete Online Registration for the 2024-25 school year. All families of current students must complete OLR before May 17. Log in to your parent portal, select 'More', select 'Online Registration', select 'Existing Student Registration for 2024-25' to get started. Please contact lyn.morris@bullitt.kyschools.us if you need assistance. Only 33% of our students have completed this. Help us get to 100% by May 17.
