Celebrating this week's top readers! 📚

🎓 Our 10th grade English and Social Studies students visited the Americans and the Holocaust exhibit at the Bullitt County Public Library this week — a powerful experience that challenged them to think critically about history, humanity, and the responsibility of individuals and nations to act against injustice.
Through primary sources, firsthand accounts, and powerful images, students explored difficult questions like:
👉 What did Americans know?
👉 What more could have been done?
Thank you to the Bullitt County Public Library for bringing this impactful national exhibition to our community and providing our students with an unforgettable learning experience. 💚📚

⚖️ Authentic Learning in Action! ⚖️
Our 10th grade English students recently showcased their learning through an engaging mock trial experience! Students stepped into the roles of attorneys—analyzing evidence, crafting arguments, and thinking critically to reach a verdict.
This experience was a great example of authentic learning, giving students the opportunity to apply communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a real-world context.
