💻BCPS Online Registration (OLR) for the 2026-2027 School Year
This is a reminder to complete your students online registration for the upcoming 2026-2027 School Year.
Please note a significant update to this year’s OLR process: we will be requiring all registering existing families to upload a current Photo ID/Driver's License of Parent/Guardian with their current address and 2 proofs of residency.
This is a necessary step to ensure the accuracy of our enrollment records and to ensure we have updated addresses for all our families.
Below you will find a list of acceptable documents:
🪪 Current Photo ID/Driver’s License
📋2 - Proofs of Residency:
✔️Authentic home builder contract with approved district transfer, lease, closing statement, or other home dwelling document.
✔️Utility bill: Current electricity, gas or water bill with current address
✔️Current employee check stub with current address
✔️Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
✔️Government agency correspondence with current address
✔️Voter registration card
If you have questions or need help with registration, please reach out by calling the OLR Hotline at 502-869-6574 or the OES main office line at 502-869-2800.
Thank you for your assistance as we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year.

Mrs. Gibbs’ class turned into text feature detectives today! 🔍📚 Students searched through magazines to find headings, captions, bold words, diagrams, and more. It was amazing to see them working together, thinking critically, and connecting what they’ve learned to real-world texts. Learning is even more fun when you can explore it hands-on! ✂️📰 #TextFeatures #LearningInAction #4thGradeFun @oesmustangs

Mrs. Schwartz’s class got to be scientist and collect examples from the real world to build a model of Earth’s Spheres (biospheres, atmospheres, geospheres, and hydrospheres)! Then a friend bought a picnic for the class from Mustang Market and we took advantage of it today with the beautiful weather! @oesmustangs

Our 5th graders had a great field trip to Zoneton Middle Schools today. They will be future Timberwolves this Fall of 2026! @oesmustangs

Mrs. Hornback's students had an activity in cooperation…There were pairs that successfully stood up. No pictures taken. @oesmustangs

Lucky the Leprechaun paid Ms. Byrd's classroom a visit while they were at P.E.! Their trap didn’t catch him, and he left quite a mess behind. 🍀 However, he did leave us some of his special golden coins!

Thank you to everyone who participated in Tat-A-Teacher Grams today! Fifth grade raised almost $300 towards their field trip!

We had so much fun at 5th grade skate night! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our 5th graders! 🛼

Big shoutout to Mrs. Stevenson for utilizing Snorkl to provide AI-powered feedback on iReady math exit slips. By giving students instant praise and capturing their voice in real-time, she identified misconceptions early, meaning our MTSS re-teach groups are already set for tomorrow.

🚒🚜 Touch-a-Truck is Tomorrow, March 6! 🚑🚧
