Calling all OES Families to assist/support our North End Community Back to School Picnic. This will be a great event for our students and our community.

This form is for anyone interested in setting up as a vendor at the North End Community Back to School Picnic. Vendor spaces are $30 and an item ($10 value minimum) donation for raffles. Vendor applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis as to avoid duplicate products. After your application has been reviewed you will receive a confirmation email and payment details.

This form is for anyone interested in setting up a booth with community information or resources for members in our community. There is no cost for setting up an information/resource both! We are excited to have the opportunity to partner with you to bring information and resources to our North End Community.

No school today- professional development
As the end of the school year rapidly approaches, the last day of our elementary transportation support through the YMCA will be next Friday, May 19th. After this date, the YMCA will no longer be able to accept students as a result of cancelled bus routes. We hope that this partnership has been a help to you and your family and we thank our friends at the YMCA for collaborating with us to support student attendance!
