At Overdale, our hallways represent the entire globe!
We are so proud to be home to over 70 multilingual learners representing 15 different countries. Our Mustang family spans 5 continents and speaks 8 different languages, proving that while we may come from different corners of the map, we all run together as one pack.
Mustang Fact: Approximately 1/5 of our student body is a multilingual learner!

Our lost and found is overflowing with jackets, water bottles, and more—waiting to be reunited with their owners! Please remind your student to take a quick peek and claim anything that belongs to them.
Any items still left after May 8th will be gathered up and donated to the FRC and local organizations to help others in our community.
Thank you for helping us find these items a home!

We currently have 42% of our students registered for the 2026-2027 school year!
Please note a significant update to this year’s OLR process: we will be requiring all registering existing families to upload a current Photo ID/Driver's License of Parent/Guardian with their current address and 2 proofs of residency. This is a necessary step to ensure the accuracy of our enrollment records and to ensure we have updated addresses for all our families.
We encourage you to begin preparing your necessary residency documentation ahead of the registration.
Below you will find a list of acceptable documents:

(2) - Proofs of Residency:
Authentic home builder contract with approved district transfer, lease, closing statement, or other home dwelling document.
Utility bill: Current electricity, gas or water bill with current address
Current employee check stub with current address
Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
Government agency correspondence with current address

Our Literacy and Cultural Night turned every classroom into a new destination!
From crafting delicate paper lanterns inspired by Tikki Tikki Tembo in 3rd Grade to creating vibrant papel picado for Mexico in Kindergarten, our Mustangs combined reading with hands-on heritage. It was a night of exploring new worlds through books and bringing those stories to life through art.
Mustang Fact: Every student went home with FREE books to keep their personal libraries growing!

Our bus drivers are often the first and last smiles our students see each day. Thank you for your commitment to safety, kindness, and going the extra mile for our students and families. You are an important part of our Overdale community!

Overdale Elementary recently hosted our Literacy and Cultural Night, and the highlight of the evening was our spectacular Parade of Cultures!
Our Mustangs proudly wore traditional clothing and marched through the hallways to the national anthems of their home countries. It was an incredible display of school spirit and heritage as families gathered to applaud and celebrate the diverse backgrounds that make our community so special.
Mustang Fact: Our student body represents the incredible diversity of 5 different continents!
