We are excited to shared an incredible opportunity for the parents and guardians of our families at PGE. We have partnered with Mt. Washington Elementary and Eastside Middle Schools to offer a Technology Safety Night. Our children and families are inundated with a plethora of social media apps, gaming apps, and requests for the latest, newest technology platforms. This event is an opportunity to hear about apps and technology that is safe for our various aged children and ways in which to best safeguard our children's experiences in this digital age. Join us on March 23rd from 6-7pm to be in the know and learn more about what is coming at our children everyday. School is back in session tomorrow😊 We are excited to see our students dressed in green to finish out our Read Across America week! Green Eggs and Ham is on the menu for breakfast tomorrow🍳

Shout out to our Archery Team! PGE got 3rd Place in the Bullitt Central Pre State Tournament yesterday with their highest score this season: 2930! 🙌🏼 They continue to improve each week! Next up the KY State Archery Tournament in 2 weeks!! Coach Baird is dedicated and works hard to coach our archers- we appreciate his hard work and dedication to the team😁

Time, dedication, and hard work prevailed for our Academic Team this weekend! Congratulations are in order: A&H- 3rd Aida, 5th Levi LA- tied for 3rd Leela Math- 1st Devin Science- 4th Colton SS- 3rd Devin Composition- tied for 1st Leela, 4th Aida FPS- tied for 1st (Allie, Beckett, Cameron, Harmony) QR- 3rd Overall Regional CHAMPS!!! We are so proud of your effort and sportsmanship today! Way to go team!!

We are participating in a safe school assessment through the Kentucky Center for School Safety. In order to better serve our students and families we ask that families take the time to complete the parent survey by March 6th. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PleasantGroveESParents23 This data will be utilized to help improve safety concerns at PGE. Thank you to the families that have already completed the survey:)

A blast was had by all at our Family Literacy Night. Families played various Seuss themed games, swapped books at our book swap, visited the book fair, and stopped for pictures!
